Very delicious food and service. My favourite cafe to go to every time I’m at the airport. Especially if you want healthy, nutritious and fresh food. I’m vegan so it’s not always possible to find fresh food Jenalyn is an amazing staff member by the way. She helped me and another traveller figure out the WiFi and find comfortable seating.

Café Bateen at King Abdulaziz International Airport truly exceeded all expectations. The food was superb — absolutely delicious from start to finish. The Eggs Benedict were perfectly prepared, rich and flavorful, while the truffle scrambled eggs were nothing short of phenomenal — creamy, aromatic, and indulgent in the best way possible. The club sandwich also stood out with its unique and well-balanced flavors. Beyond the food, the service was excellent, attentive and friendly without being intrusive. The café itself offers a lovely, relaxing atmosphere — a rare find in an airport setting. Whether you’re traveling for business or leisure, Café Bateen is the perfect spot to unwind and enjoy a gourmet bite before your flight. Highly recommended!

I had a great experience at the Cafe. Worth a while. They accommodated me for 6 hours whilst waiting for my connecting flight. The food is amazing!

Hi Sarah has been extremely helpful I came really stressed from my flight as I had another flight, she was so kind and helpful which made me feel at ease straight away. I boarded a plane with a lot of families as its holiday season I had hot chocolate poured over me during the flight as the kid next me accidentally moved which has left me covered with hot chocolate air port staff were honestly so accommodating and even went to the extend to give me clothes to change in. That’s when I came in to the cafe and met the gorgeous Sarah and my my she did make my day I know it’s just a cup of coffee but it’s the service and how soothing her words were which made me feel so relaxed . You honestly have the perfect team they are welcoming and smiling Thank you cafe bagel for employing amazing hard workers like Sarah

To be honest, I came in and ordered coffee simply because I needed a charging point for my dying phone's battery. Only to discover a refreshing cup of cafe latte, after going through a rather chaotic checking in process. The atmosphere of the cafe was complemented by the friendly service I got from Jenalyn and her colleagues, Sarah, Junil, Jaz, Joan, and Moreen. Keep the warm welcome, and 'harassed' travellers like me will appreciate it very much. Xoxo
